Five levels of activities to help eliminate letter and number reversals. The child is allowed 20 seconds to give you the correct response as to what letters or numbers are reversed. In order to help you know the letter, we want him to identify, such as "b", "d", "p" and "q", we put a capital letter directly in front of it. For example, "B" "b" would mean that we want the child to tell you if the letter after the "B" is a lower case B and is it facing in the right direction.
Sample Instructions:
Have your child identify which letters or numbers are facing the wrong direction. Allow your child 20 seconds to give the correct answer. If the child answers incorrectly or does not know the answer, have them practice drawing the letter on a large piece of paper.
